so this was my morning…
Video surveillance from downtown greenville, next to campus, shows a man that appears to have an “AK-47” and puts ECU into lockdown and panic for three hours. After rumors of hostages and shootings, police released the students and confirmed that the “gunman” in this picture was carrying….. an umbrella.
embarrassing, yes, but I’m also really impressed at how the police and university handled the situation and would feel safe if there were ever a real threat on campus. but still, an umbrella?…

literally dropping everything and moving to Boone sometime this month. I’m over Greenville and realize my decision is probably too impulsive and irresponsible but i’m tired of settling for shallow relationships in a town that I can’t stand. So i’m moving and I don’t care because i’m young and sometimes you just have to make happiness your priority.

Everyone is dressed up having fun downtown. I am in my room, recovering from a 12 hour shift, eating pizza, and doing a crossword puzzle. Not to mention I just skyped my best friends that are 4 hours away and cried afterwards because I’m not with them. When did I become such a pathetic introvert? Also, damnit rangers, I was rooting for you!
